I Think ancient maps are really cool, because you can look back and see what kind of world people thaught they lived in!!!!!Australia is sadly just a blob on the left side of the picture, South America is not quite the right shape, and Greenland is attatched to Canada!!!!Ofcourse Europe is very accurate compared to the rest of it because this map was made there, and they knew their area very well!!!!
Chalola has been tagged by Herky to write a post on ‘7 things you don’t know about me.’ Well in this case, it is ‘7 things you don’t know about us.’ Well getting back to the point, here are our facts:
1. We have the road.
2. Clancy 1 + 2 have both read and enjoyed all the Lemony Snicket books.
3. We have found that grass is cheap installation.
4. Clancy 2 has pointed out to Clancy 1 a fake dinosaur head that has touched Sydney.
5. November 29th. It’s not that hard.
6. Clancy 1 has been lectured to never leave a fire unnattended.
7. We are Aussie.
We are not sure who to tag at the moment as nearly everyone we know in our blogging network has already been tagged to do this. But we have a replacement for this:
Over the weekend, Australia experienced its worst natural disaster in history! There were many sweltering hot days during the week, however on Saturday the temperature reached 119 degrees fahrenheit (48 celsius). That’s when most of the fires started, it was not just one fire, many small fires grew bigger, and bigger.
Firefighters flew to Victoria from all around Australia. Tragically, 181 people have died, and there are still some fires out of control. On the TV, radio and newspapers we are hearing interviews about people who lost their homes, neighbours and friends. Many people have been donating money to those who lost their family and homes. Our school is having a dress up day and people will bring $2 or more to donate to the bushfire victims.
This is a satellite image of the state as the bush fires swept over it on the weekend. You can see little red patches, they are the fires.

They are the greatest and we give credit to them for giving us ideas for this blog. We are all going to see them on Febuary the 1st in Melbourne to see them play at the tennis at ‘A Day on The Baseline’.
